One of the best hotels I've stayed at. But what stood out was the quality and warmth of every staff member who served us. All were absolutely stellar. Be it Patrick, Colleen, Katlyn and all others at the reception, housekeeping staff, the engineers, doorman etc. I have rarely experienced such a high level of hospitality and warmth in a hotel in the US. Kudos! Our university suite was superb! Such a fabulously equipped kitchenette too! Very large and spacious and so aesthetically done. Highly, highly recommended.

Great setup for people traveling with children. Instead of pull out couch the couch is wide enough to sleep on and there is a trundle bed. Kids rated it much more comfortable than pull out couch. Breakfast was a notch nicer than usual included hotel breakfast.

We went to the Rivers Casino and they had a free shuttle which was perfect. All of the workers at the hotel from the front desk to the shuttle divers were all so nice and helpful.

Located in a vibrant neighborhood, surrounded by places to eat and interesting shops. The facilities were outstanding. Great design, very clean, super comfortable bed and an assortment of complimentary amenities in case you forgot something.

Honestly it’s one my favourite places I’ve ever stayed. The appartement is gorgeous, clean and equipped with everything you’d need. The bed was super comfy. The location was perfect, basically everything in walking distance and such a cute neighbourhood. Staff was super friendly, it exceeded all my expectations, I would 100% stay here again in the future.
