The room is very clean, modern, it has the strongest shower head, it's also on a quiet street. Good internet and table for work. It has everything I need. I don't think you can get a better quality room with the same price. The only problem I've found is the air conditioning is facing the bed, so the wind is blowing at you when you're going to sleep.

Martin has created a wonderful oasis. If you want to experience a slice of real, rural life in the delta, then Martin's place is for you. He's clearly put a lot of thought into the rooms and making them both attractive and comfortable. He has bikes you can use for free to cycle around the village, which is a lovely way to experience the area. I also highly recommend doing his boat tour! It's a bit more expensive than the other touristic boat tours in the area, but in my opinion totally worth it. You'll see much more than with the typical tourist boats (but you'll still see the same things they see too, so you aren't missing anything), and have a much more local and enjoyable experience. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I also recommend doing the full board option and eating all your meals at Martin's, as there aren't any other restaurants nearby and also Mimi is a wonderful cook. You won't go hungry! She always prepares a feast! I'm grateful to Martin for his hospitality and whole heartedly recommend staying here to enjoy life on the Mekong delta.

Wonderful location, very nice people, and the best Vietnamese food in the country! Phoenix buys everything fresh from the market each day and creates delightful meals. Bosa will take you right from the front of their home by boat through the waterways and out to the floating market for a morning breakfast on the water followed by a visit to a family run rice noodle business. Both Phoenix and Bosa will treat you like family.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful place right next to one of the river channel. The manager of the hotel helped me arranged a boat trip to the floating market despite I came late night. She helped me to find and book a better way to my next destiatnation to Phu Quoc Island that saved me the whole day of my vacation. Of cource, the dinner and breakfast were amazing as well as the property of the hotel. I highly recommend to whom want to exerience Vietmnam rural life and floating market.

It was nice to stay in an area that felt a bit more local and part of the community. the space was really lovely and like a sanctuary away from the busyness of the city.
