We had a great stay here, and for the price, it’s definitely a 10/10. The rooms are a bit “used,” but everything is fully functional and comfortable. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch as for low price hotel and therefore much appreciated. The breakfast could be improved. It’s not amazing, but given the lack of good food options nearby, it makes sense to have it available. The location is a bit out of the way, which explains the affordable pricing, but the cozy and spacious area to relax and hang out makes up for it. Also, we really appreciated the well-functioning, namely with Netflix app TV, since sometimes we don’t get this function in other hotels here in Vietnam. Overall, a good value for the price!

The room was clean and comfortable. Laundry services were available and the host did an amazing job with our clothes. The homestay is within walking distance to the Imperial City as well as a local market. Great food options in the area. Some of the best spots were in hidden alleys. The homestay is also near a great corner cafe, tasty bánh mì, and an excellent barber. The host for this homestay was so incredibly sweet! It was a joy to interact with her and her visitors. Yes, there is a language barrier, but I'm not sure where most of the reviewers think they are traveling to. You'd think they were going to the UK or Canada with how much English they expect everyone to speak. Folks, you're in Vietnam and there are plenty of translation apps!
