The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu has been awarded as Five-Star hotel by Forbes Travel Guide for a sixth consecutive year. Excellent set at at Ritz Carlton Chengdu. Only initially planned to stay for one night but ended up staying two! Amazing, friendly staff who are true 5* standard from the front desk manager to the doormen who helped us with our luggage. Rooms nice and big and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much! Kindly upgraded by the staff as well to have a nice view of Chengdu city and rose petals in the room to celebrate an anniversary. Michelle at front desk was very professional and courteous to at check out.

Excellent option for transit visit of Changdu. We had 20h transit between two flights in Changdu, and despite the fact that airlines give free room in hotel close to airport, we decided to visit city and Panda Park. It was convenient travel from airport to hotel by metro. Hotel placed just near one of metro stations and there is metro line with one change directly from airport. Travel time is about 1h 40min one way. We had two rooms for adult and kids, placed in two different levels connected by stairs. Perfect for family. Rooms big and clean, beds big and comfortable. Excellent support from hotel staff, they guide us during our travel from airport and help to purchase tickets to Panda park. By the way, park is great, recommend to visit it!
