The doors and windows blocked out all the sound from the streets. Facilities in the room were great robes, tea and coffee, toiletries and room service. Staff were very accomadating even with having very little english.

We came to Tam Dao around 7 and we asked them if we could give the luggage to the hotel to go around. We came back at 2 p.m. to check in, the room was nice and comfortable.
