The reception staff gave a tour of the hotel and the history behind the recent renovations. We have been there before 20 years previously. We love the new design's keeping in themes of the character of the building whole having a modern touch.

Spacious room with a bed and sofa for a child – very comfortable for a family stay. Spotlessly clean. The mattresses and pillows were excellent. Good breakfast, plus free coffee available during the day in the coworking area. There is also a pool (felt a bit cold at first, but actually fine). Sauna would be a great addition. Very friendly staff. Quiet area, several parks nearby. Easy access by metro, train and bus.

Believe the reviews; my stay here was brilliant. Very friendly and welcoming. The room was a great size and the cleanest place I have ever stayed (and I've been to a few places). Really nicely furnished/ kitted out with a large shower. Felt like a proper home away from home. How you like the location will of course depend on your requirements; it's a quiet area but still easy enough to get taxi/ Uber to get around if you don't have a car.
