The hotel was extremely comfortable and ideally located. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is of excellent quality. All the necessary amenities were provided. This is a hotel I've visited several times, and the welcome is always warm. A special shout-out to the receptionist/ doorman/ concierge, who was very friendly (and charismatic).

Delicious breakfast and Excellent cocktails in the lobby bar. Very friendly staff. Wellness - swimming pool and sauna, fitness - great. The location was good for us because we were visiting our family who lived nearby. Quiet location but with good access to the center.

Our Novotel is located just 5 minutes walk away from the iconic Grand Place and just 450 yards from the De Brouckère Metro Station.

The hotel staff were quite helpful and kind , especially mercello if i can remember his name rightly. All the front desk officers were wonderful. I must commend the cleaning staff they cleaned quite early and promptly. Location was excellent, a min walk to the bustop. Also it was a walking distance to the grand place and most tourist site.
