I had an smiling stay at the cardo.i had a toom eith a bathtube in the living room area snd s extra nice bathroom shower.all very nice design.thrre were no scratches to find on the furniture.the bed was very comfy.breakfast I had at 08.00 and everything was fiiled up and fresh.nicw pool on the deck.great bar up there Last but not least; the employees at the restaurant,bar ..reception were all very nice. It was such a nice vibe..I will be back 4 sure

Everything!!! Amazing spa and gym, and the outdoor pool is very good! The rooms are clean, nice design, beautiful views! Breakfast was delicious and very big choice!

Beautifully designed space with great facilities

We have been in this hotel before. We knew the quality of the hotel, amenities and staff. This trip was also great, we had a very good staying and the staff was more than helpful. Their kindness and support during our staying was second to none. They made everything possible for us to have good time, they helped us with our special requests for transport (my husband has mobility problems). Even after we have done the check out, they supported us with additional information about our trip. We also had a very good dinner meal in the Chinese restaurant, the staff provided us with recommendations.

Beautiful room. A very beautiful hotel in a quiet street right in the center of town. Everything is close by. The garden is fantastic.

Great service by its personnel

I liked almost everything about the property. It was clean, comfortable, and overall a pleasant place to stay. The spa and wellness facilities were amazing, and the staff made the hammam experience especially great.

The staff and facilities provided were really good. The hotel is a bit old byt has been renovated fully, providing all the amenities that one needs. The location is also perfect as most tourist attractions are almost 15-20 minutes walk away.

The room was small but nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Microwave was also available but no normal stove oven. The area is nothing special, but safe to wonder and walk. Quiet neighbourhood. It is also close to the Brussels canal, so it is nice to walk along during the day. Some people also swim in it... Also very close is a public swimming pool (Ceria). The metro is about 5 min. walk (then about 30min. ride to the city center) There was also a fan in the room which was absolutely necessary for the period I stayed, as it was exceptionally hot!!! The nearest carrefour supermarket is about 10 min. walk away.

The hotel was very central to where we wanted to go and beautiful upon arrival. Gym and pool facilities make it great for early mornings and the staff was very friendly. Spacious and clean; will certainly go again. We did not opt in for breakfast so could not comment on that.

VERY clean, lovely receptionist and fairly priced. Really liked the spa facilities

The reception staff gave a tour of the hotel and the history behind the recent renovations. We have been there before 20 years previously. We love the new design's keeping in themes of the character of the building whole having a modern touch.

Just an incredible small boutique hotel with great design and facilities. I was given a free room update from Standard to Master Suite Deluxe (their best room), which made my stay even more enjoyable. Worth its price for sure. Cocktails were delicious as well!

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were pleasant. helpful and competent. We did use the spa but it looked good. Was also nice to make your own fresh waffles for breakfast.

La Maison Chantecler is a stunning historical house set in a beautiful neighbourhood. If you like to be surrounded by a green and leafy environment with a mix of wild and mature gardens then look no further. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room spacious and airy. The on site staff were so friendly and helpful and the garden a true little haven. I needed to stay in the property for a few hours past check out time due to a car arriving to take me on to a business meeting in Antwerp and the on site staff were incredibly accommodating of this, which was greatly appreciated - not all places are so flexible and welcoming.
