Spacious room with a bed and sofa for a child – very comfortable for a family stay. Spotlessly clean. The mattresses and pillows were excellent. Good breakfast, plus free coffee available during the day in the coworking area. There is also a pool (felt a bit cold at first, but actually fine). Sauna would be a great addition. Very friendly staff. Quiet area, several parks nearby. Easy access by metro, train and bus.

It was fabulous. We used the gym and ate at the cafes available at the Mix. Mix was close to trains, so enabled easy access into town. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to Noord train station and Rogier metro station. The breakfast was good with a great selection for most of the tastes. Rooms are well-equipped with a beautiful view (if your room has it) of the city. The pool is on the top floor, so don't forget to take a bathing suit. Also, I would recommend a bar on the top floor.

this is great hotel! great food, rooms, the pool is sooo clean. after all day , we were going to sauna and to pool it was great feeling. We really enjoyed the hotel! thank you! also to all visitors i recommend to visit chinese restourant in the hotel, it's worth it. To the team: in my opinion the pool should work until 22:00. thank you for your service we loved everything!

Our Novotel is located just 5 minutes walk away from the iconic Grand Place and just 450 yards from the De Brouckère Metro Station.

A really big room, clean and tidy, properly equipped, they cleaned every day and filled the gaps every day, the service is pleasant and kind. Excellent location to all the main places on foot. They are renovating next to the hotel, so the street is closed to vehicles (taxis do come to the hotel entrance) so we had a very, very quiet time. Really recommended.
