The hotel was extremely comfortable and ideally located. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is of excellent quality. All the necessary amenities were provided. Delicious breakfast and Excellent cocktails in the lobby bar. Very friendly staff. Wellness - swimming pool and sauna, fitness - great. The location was good for us because we were visiting our family who lived nearby. Quiet location but with good access to the center.

Our Novotel is located just 5 minutes walk away from the iconic Grand Place and just 450 yards from the De Brouckère Metro Station.

The hotel staff were quite helpful and kind , especially mercello if i can remember his name rightly. All the front desk officers were wonderful. I must commend the cleaning staff they cleaned quite early and promptly. Location was excellent, a min walk to the bustop. Also it was a walking distance to the grand place and most tourist site.
