Ulrich at Reception was a true gentleman who really loved telling us the story of the hotel. This hotel deserves more recognition for being the most relaxing hotel to stay at in Dusseldorf. The pool & spa area are amazing along with the massive gym. Will be back . Ronan & Alana

One of the competitive advantages of the hotel is that it has a nice swimming pool of a decent size and with pleasantly warm water. Perhaps not ideal for families with small children, but for adults who want to swim, it is very good that the pool is 1,40 cm deep from end to end, enabling proper swimming without hitting the bottom with one's knees. There is also a sauna. It is a nice touch that the hotel will offer bathrobs and towels for the spa, for free. There are a number of parking spots in the street, which are free at least later on Saturday and all of Sunday. Otherwise, the hotel has a garage for 13 Euros/24 hours, which is fairly reasonable. Breakfast is typical of a hotel in this price range, perfectly good, but not extraordinary, and not particularly cheap at 21 Euros per person.

We felt truly at ease at this hotel. Our room was modern, pleasantly cozy, and tastefully furnished. The view overlooking the Rhine and the surrounding area was particularly interesting. The hotel also impressed us with its breakfast. The breakfast room is quite spacious yet feels calm and pleasant, and the buffet offers a truly excellent and extensive selection. The fitness area is well-equipped, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus for us. We found the staff to be consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. The location is very convenient in terms of transport links yet pleasantly quiet. Parking is available right at the hotel, and there were also free public parking options nearby. All in all, it was a very pleasant combination of modern comfort, a quiet atmosphere, a good location, and friendly service.
