Although there was no1 at at 24hour reception when i arrived, (drove for ages in the dark and nobody answered the calls!) the staff were very good and amazing breakfast in the morning.

The best place if you want to visit Madrid.Away from busy Madrid but easy reachable by metro which is only 10 minutes walking from the hotel. Very pleasant, kind and supportive staff at the reception.

Carlos very kindly waited for us to check in, as we were delayed! Lovely room with all amenities and within walking distance of the main plaza.

It was a wonderful stay in an authentic setting. Easy to find and easy street parking . Most of all we loved the location directly across from the Plaza Mayor with all of its fabulous restaurants. Loved loved loved our stay. The staff were very helpful . Too.
