when my husband and I got to the holiday Inn Gloucester Cheltenham. We were greeted with a big massive smile, bye One of the receptionist team called Remy he could not do enough for us, and we haven’t even signed in yet. He made us both feel so welcome as did all the staff team members they were lovely. If you’re after a good nights sleep, this is the place I slept like a baby excuse the punt, the bed was so comfortable, and so big when you rolled over, there was still more room to roll over again. I didn’t want to get up for the lovely breakfast that was provided. but I was so glad that I did. They had everything you could think of to eat, and if it wasn’t there you only had to ask and they would provide it. The cleanliness of the place was amazing. The staff went over and beyond to make sure that our stay was a memorable experience which it was. I also went to the gym which had all the up-to-date equipment in it. There was exercise classes that you could join in with as well as the swimming pool? and the Jacuzzi steam room, sauna. Thank you 😃

Everything. We were warmly welcomed and the room was clean, comfortable and big enough. The pool.and spa facilities were excellent and very much appreciated after 6 hours travelling. We didn't stay for dinner as it was a little pricey and we weren't that hungry . Breakfast was amazing and only a small extra cost for full English..most other cooked breakfast complimentary. Bar area also really lovely . Loved it .

The gym and pool/sauna facilities far exceeded my expectations. It was a proper gym with 2 x Smith machines, a range of free weight and lots of cardio machines. The room was clean, comfortable and large

Everything was perfect for our one night stay at Hilton Puckrup. From free parking to check in and the lovely friendly staff all round. The pool was clean and lovely to have the beds and chairs to rest on. Our room was cosy and comfortable with a big bathroom which was great! The grounds around the property are beautiful and it was just what we needed for peace and a relaxing stay. Thought was put in to put us in a quieter room as this is a family hotel. Would definitely recommend and come again - next time with our dog! Thank you all very much!!

Room and views beautiful. The hotel was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Staff kind and efficient. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and steam room. Breakfast too was unhurried and views to the pond and fountain with sun streaming in- great start to the day.

A nice clean comfortable hotel we had a small room ( the last one) but was clean and big enough with a very nice bathroom with a waterfall shower. A nice breakfast with good staff, the restaurant was not open during our stay due to the chef having some medical treatment which was a shame. A small bar downstairs. Only 5 minutes walk to the town where there were plenty of places to eat and drink and easy access to the Cotswolds. A good hotel for exploring the area. Would use again.

With modern, en suite rooms and a bar, lounge and courtyard, this town-centre hotel is opposite The Brewery Quarter and 1 mile from Cheltenham Racecourse.
