Yes, it was my first time in go2. But, seriously I was amazing hotel. I like all the things in hotel like comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and the size of room was perfect. Moreover, staff is very nice and friendly specifically the man who attended us (ANTHONY) is a very nice person. Thank you for making our night more comfortable 🙂😊. Thank you so much

Everything. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was very comfortable and everything we needed, very quiet. Restaurant staff very attentive and friendly. Quality of food at breakfast and dinner was very good.

The staff where so helpful and professional couldn't do enough for you. It is a perfect location and so easy to get to others beautiful towns

When we went to check in we got offers an upgrade, I questioned why we think it had something to do with the wedding party that was in when we got into the room it was very cosy bed was very comfortable and the room was called the swallow which is also my partners last name which was nice

We had a room connected to another room by a door and we could hear everything that they were talking. Staff were happy to change us the room for one a lot better and quiet.

Absolutely everything!! The building itself is exceptional, the rooms are beautiful, she water pressure in the showers is top notch, the food was divine, the open fire places in the lounges were beautifully lit in the evenings, and as for the service, wow!!! We can highly recommend this hotel!!!

Functional, spacious, clean, tidy, nothing was a problem.

The host was extremely hospitable, knowledgeable about the area and flexible with my needs. I felt taken care of throughout my stay and loved the room I got for the night. The Docks and the Cathedral was an easy walk away. Breakfast was also pretty great at a good price as well.

Fairly near to family who we were visiting. Near to a barbers we made use of and a large supermarket handy for anything I forgot to bring with me. It was lovely to stay in an English pub with Hawkstone beer to try though we preferred the special bitter. Lively menu which we felt would cover all tastes. Night one we had been out at lunchtime so just had the fish platter to share , second night we both had the steak perfectly cooked to our liking. Didn’t have dessert though they looked good when served to an adjacent table !

Excellent room, comfortable bed, very nice breakfast & the restaurant choices were also very good. Off street parking was also available. Close to town & all amenities.
