We had the most extraordinary stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a relaxing and restful time - and that everything we needed was catered for. We couldn’t believe the attention to detail and excellent service, as well as the beautiful rooms and facilities. Couldn’t recommend this spot more and we will definitely be back. We were even lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite with a private pool and sea view! The food was delicious and the hotel was well located. We were also treated to numerous treats and surprises during our stay which really made you feel special during this luxurious visit. One thing that was outstanding was how accommodating the hotel is regarding checkin/check out - they have shower facilities for you to use even after check out so you can still spend the day at the pool or on the beach after your check out time, and ensure you arrive at the airport feeling fresh and clean for the next leg of your journey.

We stayed at the hotel 4 adults for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the level of service quality is the highest we have encountered. The entire hotel staff and the management led by Mr. Costa and Mrs. Paris made every effort to make our stay pleasant in the hotel and on the island of Kos in general. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant in the hotel is of a very high standard - on the first evening the chef prepared a 6-course dinner that can easily compete with a Michelin restaurant. The rooms are very large and decorated in a modern design, a large TV, a huge bed and many treats. We were pleasantly surprised to receive every evening a handwritten note written by the management team in which they wish us a good night and a pleasant stay. The hotel pool is very large and clean, there are many sunbeds, clean towels and service from the hotel bar throughout the day. The reception staff ordered recommended restaurants for us every evening in the old town of Kos and hit our taste every time. The spa at the hotel is one of the best we have encountered and the price is absolutely fair. We will definitely return to the hotel for another stay. One and only issue for improvement: the beach adjacent to the hotel does not compare in level to the standards that the hotel adheres to.

We were absolutely delighted with Casarela. The hosts were super kind, discreetly checked if we needed anything. The accommodation matched the photos perfectly. The beach is very close and that is a big plus for families with children. When you're not at the beach, you can enjoy the pool. We would recommend this place to everyone 😊.

We were a party of 8 boys and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is amazing and comfortable, the location very close to Kos town. The owner is a very nice person, very welcoming and always available. Everything you need is at your disposal, in the kitchen and in the rooms. The swimming pool was very clean and nice. I can recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed for one night only, but it was very comfortable. On the day of check-out, we were allowed to stay at the rooftop bar with the swimming pool and use the shower until our late ferry departure at 8 PM. Great experience!

Location was excellent near everything. Room was lovely but if I was going again, I would book one of the rooms with a bigger balcony which were facing the swimming pool. Breakfast room was lovely very clean staff were amazing. So helpful.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I loved the outdoor swimming pool. It's great to have the use of swimming robe and be able to hire a swimming towel with a returable deposit. The breakfast were good with plenty of choice. Lovely pool bar for drinks and snacks. Bedrooms were large and well maintained daily. Safe facility. Kettle ,with tea and coffee . A short walk to the Port and a selection of great restaurants. Shops nearby. Supermarket next door.

Loved the location, the room & kitchenette. The swimming pool was perfect with fantastic outdoor facilities. The owner was lovely and very accomadating. Anna was exceptional who cleaned the rooms and were spotless. Loved my stay here.
