We had the most extraordinary stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a relaxing and restful time - and that everything we needed was catered for. We couldn’t believe the attention to detail and excellent service, as well as the beautiful rooms and facilities. Couldn’t recommend this spot more and we will definitely be back. We were even lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite with a private pool and sea view! The food was delicious and the hotel was well located. We were also treated to numerous treats and surprises during our stay which really made you feel special during this luxurious visit. One thing that was outstanding was how accommodating the hotel is regarding checkin/check out - they have shower facilities for you to use even after check out so you can still spend the day at the pool or on the beach after your check out time, and ensure you arrive at the airport feeling fresh and clean for the next leg of your journey.

Superb hotel at best location with the friendliest staff! We had a wonderful stay. The team was quick, welcoming and ready to accommodate even our early checkin request, and gave us many helpful and great tips for the area on top. The room was big, had everything we needed and even had a huge balcony with sea view! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks from the three of us!

Our stay at Casarela was truly beautiful – a magical experience. The apartment is new, beautifully designed, fully equipped, and spotless – you literally only need to bring your swimsuit. We stayed in Villa Irene for a week in September. The Villa is at a good location, supermarket just minutess away and Kos town 15min drive. We rented a car and it was easy to get anywhere. The Villa is really big and has a lot of space. 2 lovely terraces to enjoy meals. Bbq area - which we used few evenings to cook. The kitchen was fully equipped. The pool area is nice and spacious. Lots of sun and shade if it needed. Would recommend for families or group of friends.

We stayed for one night only, but it was very comfortable. On the day of check-out, we were allowed to stay at the rooftop bar with the swimming pool and use the shower until our late ferry departure at 8 PM. Great experience!

Location was excellent near everything. Room was lovely but if I was going again, I would book one of the rooms with a bigger balcony which were facing the swimming pool. Breakfast room was lovely very clean staff were amazing. So helpful.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I loved the outdoor swimming pool. It's great to have the use of swimming robe and be able to hire a swimming towel with a returable deposit. The breakfast were good with plenty of choice. Lovely pool bar for drinks and snacks. Bedrooms were large and well maintained daily. Safe facility. Kettle ,with tea and coffee . A short walk to the Port and a selection of great restaurants. Shops nearby. Supermarket next door.
