Perfect location, beautiful building, incredible staff (friendly, helpful and efficient). I stay in 75+ hotels a year and this one is in the top few. Breakfast is nicely presented, delicious and fast. Staff are very attentive. No negatives at all. Concierge is top notch.

Gleneagle Killarney features a 25-yard swimming pool, an 18-hole pitch and putt, and 2 tennis courts. Located on the edge of Killarney National Park, the Gleneagle Arena is attached to the hotel.

Free concert on Saturday Night by Rebel Hearts. The band was excellent . Band members were very friendly.

With activities for all ages, Hotel Killarney has kids and teens clubs, mini-golf and both indoor and outdoor playgrounds.

We had a one day stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful especially the housekeeping staff who were prompt to our request.

The location right in town centre with public parking right next to it.They do have an underground car park but at really busy times it fills up quickly. The breakfast was a buffet style affair which was excellent with a good choice of hot cooked and continental style food.

The Parkavon Hotel Killarney is just a 10-minutes walk from Killarney center and a 5-minutes’ walk from the INEC.

I love how friendly the staffs are, not pricy compared to other hotels in Killarney, they even upgraded our room so we can be comfortable in out stay and they helped us find a restaurant to eat when we arrived there really late and even called a cab for us.

Upon arrival, it turned out that this is a huge hotel complex, on the territory of which there are different hotels, and this particular one occupies 2 floors of the main building. The complex has several parking lots and several entrances. On the 1st floor there is a beautiful, but confusing labyrinth of passages. I found how to get to the right floor, but did not find the reception. Or rather, I found it, but after about 20 minutes of walking around the hotel. At the reception there was a very nice and friendly Irishman, who was very happy to see me, because I was the last guest who booked a room, but had not yet arrived. He said that there was no need to go out for breakfast, breakfast would be brought right to the door of the room at 7 am. interesting the room turned out to be modern, loft-style. concrete walls, wires in metal pipes, massive switches. It looks very modern and nice. A large window directly opposite the bed, and from the window there is a view of the field and mountains. deer were leisurely walking across the field. and on the visor they said there were 5 kittens in a herd. I tried to take a video so that all the kittens would be in the frame, but then the mother cat came and drove them all home. I open the door at 8 am - there really is a box with breakfast. I didn't expect such a presentation, such a filling and such a tasty and satisfying and healthy breakfast. very cool! The coffee maker in the room came in handy the next day. Coffee with crusan, right from the bed with a view of the mountain, it's simply divine!
