We loved everything about this place. The staff were amazing, accommodating and friendly. The place and the views were out of this world. It was a piece of paradise hidden in the hills of Umbria.

You feel welcome from the moment the gate opens and you drive through the beautiful garden. Our host Patrick and Gabriella welcomed us with a drink and gave us valuable tips for our stay. The room was very comfortable and had a view from the bathroom as well. The pool area is fantastic and we wished we could just stay and not drive anywhere. Gabriella served a delicious breakfast on the patio and pub had an honesty bar.

Hosts were attentive and welcome, despite language barrier. Unit was enormous as I was the only one in a shared space, but even if I had had to share, be shared spaces were still plenty and my room was enormous. The host makes his own wine and also makes it available for sale. I tried his Sangiovese and it was wonderful. I am cycling so could only buy a single bottle, but if I'd had my car, I would have filled the boot.

The farm is beautiful and relaxing with plenty of shady places to stay cool in summer and two pools. Breakfasts are wonderful, and we had a nice lunch to very reasonably priced
