Lovely, spacious room and a beautiful property!

Beautiful area, the view from the balcony of our apartment was beautiful! Giuseppe and Diana were nice, kind and always there to answer questions or give you some tips regarding eating or visits. Ow and Isa, the daughter! Wat a joy! The pool was really nice and since there are not many apartments there is always room and an bed available . We also had diner at Abadia Farneti, pasta with truffel . The truffel was found with a dog on the complex!! Really recommend it was delicious with that fresh truffel ! Gubbio is a great city! Very nice to visit and it has lots of nice restaurants (you must go and eat Pizza at Mauro!). One night Giuseppe turned down the light on the complex so we could view an amazing starfield! Really nice!!

The room was beautifully decorated and clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was a large selection of pastries, cakes, cereals, fruits and cold meats. Dinner was always very high quality food and the dining area was lovely and cosy with a fireplace.

A beautiful country villa with a fantastic view of Gubbio and the valley! Top restaurant and friendly staff. A place to stop if you would like to visit Gubbio and Umbria.

We loved our stay here. We booked at the last minute and they were so accommodating. Fabulous pool, comfortable & clean rooms, wonderful staff. What more could you want?

Akasha was amazing. The family running it were fantastic - so friendly and helpful. The evening meal, cooked by Cassandra, the daughter was fantastic and offered 4 courses every night if you wanted at a very reasonable price. Being able to return from a day's outing and lie by the pool was exactly what we needed. The location allowed us to explore the whole region. Umbria offered so much wonderful experiences.

The location is wonderful! You can see the town of Gubbio across the valley right in fornt of you and it's picture-perfect! The apartments were spacious, spotlessclean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of homemade pies and many other things. The staff was very helpful and gave us some tips of where to go for lunch and dinner. Nicoletta was welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool was large and clean and we spent a lovely afternoon there. I'm going back!

Lovely place for family holiday. Beauty views, near Gubbio. Cats, dogs and turtles :) Swimming pool is clean and big for our family and friends. Owners are friendly and nice. Fonte Chiara is excellent choice for your italian time.

Great location and modern clean apartment with really good facilities. It was nice to have our own little swimming pool to cool off after a full day of sight seeing. Located in a great location with its own car parking. What made the stay the best was the wonderful owners who were always there to help and even took us to the airport to pick up a new rental car as ours got a flat tyre! Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone!

An incredible professionally equipped gym, the wellness centre with its body special treatments, a delicious restaurant with top class personnel, the location of Ai Capuccini so close to the old fortified Gubbio, the luscious grounds, the beauty of the Hotel opened to its clients as a "private Museum", the garage, and of course, all the employees for their professionalism, immediate help and smiles !

The property is in a charming little street on the rolling hillside just outside of Gubbio. It is spacious, comfortable, comes with a luxurious swimming pool and garden. The hosts, Daniela and Gino are really very welcoming and were available any time we needed them. They went the extra mile to make us feel at home, and surprised us with french pastries for Sunday breakfast.

This place is so beautiful, a true paradise! Elena and Andres are very friendly, our room was excellent, the breakfast homemade and very tasty and the B&B's surroundings majestic! It's a very quite place with a nice little swimming pool! I can't recommend this place enough! We'll definitely come back. Nikos & Olga

Liked the peace and quiet of the location. We were some way away from the main buildings and surrounded by fields and hills. Nice breakfast and lovely host ( & her Dad!). With the site being a few miles away from Gubbio, it was really useful that the site had its own restaurant with nice local produce, but also of course that the accommodation had its own kitchen. Would like to personally thank our host for her invaluable help when my wife was rushed to hospital for an overnight stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t do enough to make our stay very enjoyable. Excellent restaurant.

Very spacious, warm in the winter (must be cool in the summer due to the thick walls), all proper kitchenware and tools, very comfortable bed - everything invites you to stay there
