Lovely, spacious room and a beautiful property!

The breakfasts were very tasty and varied. An additional advantage was the excellent, super tasty cakes cook by of the owner Giuseppe. The location of Abadia Farneto is fantastic. First of all, wonderful views of the Gubbio skyline and the surrounding hills. Close to the center of Gubbio - a few minutes by car, other larger cities such as Assisi, Perugia, Spello ... only an hour by car. An additional advantage of the location is plenty of area for walking and cycling. The time we spent in Abadia Farneto was fantastic for us. Peace and quiet, nice atmosphere, wonderfully large and warm swimming pool (16x6m). The owner Giuseppe is very helpful. He gave us many valuable tips, such as: what and where is happening locally, where and how to get there, and places with very good food. Also, what is very important and valuable, when we had a problem, Giuseppe took care of us, for which we THANK YOU SO MUCH !! And see you next year, we are definitely coming back !! Summary: the residential building and its surroundings, location, owner and service at the highest level.

The room was beautifully decorated and clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was a large selection of pastries, cakes, cereals, fruits and cold meats. Dinner was always very high quality food and the dining area was lovely and cosy with a fireplace.

Very cosy accommodation; nice spacious rooms, clean, comfortable beds, Andrea was very kind a helpful. The area around was charming, breakfast delicious.

Food and location are exceptional!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful going out of their way to help.

We loved our stay here. We booked at the last minute and they were so accommodating. Fabulous pool, comfortable & clean rooms, wonderful staff. What more could you want?

The location is wonderful! You can see the town of Gubbio across the valley right in fornt of you and it's picture-perfect! The apartments were spacious, spotlessclean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of homemade pies and many other things. The staff was very helpful and gave us some tips of where to go for lunch and dinner. Nicoletta was welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool was large and clean and we spent a lovely afternoon there. I'm going back!

This place is so beautiful, a true paradise! Elena and Andres are very friendly, our room was excellent, the breakfast homemade and very tasty and the B&B's surroundings majestic! Liked the peace and quiet of the location. We were some way away from the main buildings and surrounded by fields and hills. Nice breakfast and lovely host ( & her Dad!). With the site being a few miles away from Gubbio, it was really useful that the site had its own restaurant with nice local produce, but also of course that the accommodation had its own kitchen. Would like to personally thank our host for her invaluable help when my wife was rushed to hospital for an overnight stay.

Wow, what a beautiful place. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very friendly, the entire property is simply gorgeous, and the infinity pool surrounded by vineyards is incredible! The rooms are also beautiful, very clean, and stylishly decorated. Breakfast was delicious. The location is great, too—it’s just a few minutes’ drive to the city center! We’d love to come back and recommend this gem to everyone!

Very spacious, warm in the winter (must be cool in the summer due to the thick walls), all proper kitchenware and tools, very comfortable bed - everything invites you to stay there
