The apartment consists of two floors one underground and other on ground floor. One bedroom and bathroom are on the underground floor and on the ground floor there is a double and single bedroom and another bathroom, kitchen and living room. From the living room you enter a roofed terrace with small fenced garden with beautiful lake view. There's access to a pool shared with guests from other apartments. A great option is the underground garage with direct access to the apartment where you can park and store bikes. The apartment is well equipped, beds are very comfortable, there are lots of storage options. The location is great, close to restaurants, beach, shops, train station and at the same time quiet at night. We had a great time.

The villa is amazing, there’s restaurant just there with amazing food. Location is great, it’s 1 min walk to the lake, and just the nature around it is breathtaking The Host Davide welcomed us with complementary treats, brought us croissant in the morning 😩 I wish to come back there again definitely! ❤️

There are no words to describe the view around the B&B, exceptionally beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The staff and facilities are very child friendly. There is a playground, football goal, trampoline and swimming pool.

Manuela was very accommodating and helpful, answered our questions promptly and the whole experience of staying here was heightened by the wonderful service. The apartment was modern, had all the kitchen equipment we needed and was exceptionally clean. A big plus was the pool, which is a very good size, the access to washing machine and that there were both bath towels and swimming pool towels. We would not hesitate to come back again. The views of the mountains all around were also excellent.

The outside space and facilities are excellent, pool, eating spaces, multiple balconies, BBQ, hot tub, plenty of wood for BBQ/hot tub. Every direction the views are amazing. All facilities indoors had everything that is needed but the outdoor space is the real winner. Also, Colico turned out to be a great location for visiting Lake Como because it is not as busy as the main centres, yet has probably the best views.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seven Park Hotel Lake Como. The views were amazing! The rooms were modern and clean. The hotel is based in a lovely quiet town in the north of lake como away from the busy towns. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa and swimming pool are great, such a nice way to relax after a busy day travelling around lake como.

The villa is just beautiful. Immaculately clean and spacious room with a balcony and the most amazing view. The swimming pool was lovely on a hot day. Again very clean and quiet. Breakfast was a continental breakfast, simple but delicious pastries. Thanks Francesca for a lovely relaxing stay, highly recommend.
