Very kind and friendly staff. They waited for us after check in hours. The farm is in such a beautiful place. Olive trees all around, even the pool. The view from it is so relaxing. Breakfast is very good and rich enough too. And there are good hiking pathes near. One of the places i put in my list "need to come back". Grazie mille!

The hotel is impeccable, breakfast is always interesting and unbelievably tasty, staff are always helpful, friendly and approachable (big thanks to Carlo Maria at the reception for all the advice and help with the luggage, his smile and warm professionalism made us feel at home, and to Berta and Giorgio who made sure we had everything we needed every morning at the breakfast ❤️), rooms are cleaned daily, pool is refreshing and the deck is perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the sounds of nature. Nights are not hot so a good night's rest is guaranteed, but it might get loud on the weekends when there are garden dinner parties (nothing a pair of earplugs can't solve). We will definitely be coming again!

I cannot express how much we loved spending time at Bocci. Special thanks to Carla, who is an amazing, caring person and makes this place unique. Residenza is conveniently located outside the strict center – right around the corner you can find good pizza and a very well-equipped supermarket with a nice selection of groceries. The area around the Residenza is extremely well-maintained, super clean, and all the details are incredibly well-chosen. The residence was built with heart; no expense was spared on materials and beautiful details, which made us feel great there. The surroundings of Foligno itself were a perfect choice. Many beautiful small towns with charm were recommended by the owners – thank you! The pool also deserves recognition; it is beautiful, large, and clean, with plenty of loungers and options to lie in the shade. We were with a dog, everything went well, the dog had space to run and rest.
