Very clean hotel, friendly staff, nice pool, variety and quality breakfast!

Nice balcony view, perfect location. The room neat and clean. Delicious breakfast, very quiet and cosy surroundings. The train station and grocery store/resraurants are within easy reach, likewise the beach. Very comfortable place for visiting Cinque Terre by train while staying on budget though.

Wonderful location - beautiful view over the coastline. The staff are all charming and very accommodating, especially helpful was the shuttle bus to the framura station

Ideal place to stay if you want to avoid crowds of people and tourists. Cozy, warm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere. As this is an active winery you’ll always have a tasty wine for your dinner. Local dishes made from fresh local products are a great addition to all the pluses this place brings you. Definitely recommended to get here, spend some time, relax and come back after some time. Luca is also a great welcoming host!

A wonderful place for vacation. The town is a few minutes' walk away. Too bad we only stayed 1 night.

This was a lovely charming hotel which had an hint of gone by era and could imagine the rich and famous visiting in the last century. Our room had a stunning view of sea it was spacious with furniture appropriate for the era of the hotel. The pool and terrace were spectacular with also amazing views of the sea. It was an easy walk to Moneglia where there was plenty of good restaurants and cafes and shops. Breakfast was the best I experienced in Europe it was really like a banquet with so much choice.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The accommodation was exceptionally clean, with modern furnishings and a beautiful bathroom. The surroundings were peaceful and perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights for us was the amazing, refreshingly clean swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the sea. We spent many joyful moments there playing and swimming with our little son – it was absolutely perfect. We are especially grateful to the owner, who speaks excellent English and was incredibly helpful. When our car broke down, he responded immediately, arrived with jumper cables, and even accompanied us to the car service. Thank you so much for everything – we truly enjoyed our stay, will cherish the memories, and we definitely hope to return someday!

Amazing stay at Podere Beledere. Nadia is the greatest host, always available to help and give local tips. The apartment in itself is brand new and perfect for a small family. Very good Wifi. The pool is amazing with different depth (very useful with small children), massage jets and view over the ocean.

Everything, location was beautiful, the facilities were just right a nice outdoor Hot tub and our room had a nice balcony with a sea view,

Staying in the Deluxe Suite, it felt like we had the upstairs to ourselves; a fully equipped apartment with exceptional views. Very well located for train trips to Cinque Terre & Portofino; but with excellent walks from the door to neighbouring villages.

Overall our stay in the apartment was exceptional. Despite our late arrival, the host was present and showed us around. The apartment has an amazing view and all the equipment needed for a nice stay. The swimming pool is amazing. We regularly walked down to the city center which takes 10-15 minutes. The additional parking at the train station was great as we used it regularly when we took the train to visit the surroundings. Moneglia is a really nice town with lots of restaurants and beaches. We would book this apartment for sure again for our next visit.

We had the best time in this apartment, the views were beyond what we expected, beautiful blue water seen from every corner of the house. Pool was bigger than we thought it will be, also very clean. House was furnished with all essentials, everything you would want you will find there. There are three separate dining tables, one inside the house and 2 outside including huge one next to the pizza oven. The road to the house is quite steep and narrow but manegable, there is also a bus going to town every hour and if you want to go by foot there are lots of shurtcuts by stairs between houses. Its quite a hike but views are amazing. But the best thing about this place was contact with the host, who provided us with all informations we need - about buses, restaurants, taxis and all the activities nearby. Whatever we needed or if we had any questions she was answering straight away. Really amazing experience, dont miss out on this gem of a place!

Wonderful appointed building with excellent facilities, a lovely view and great pool. You really have everything you need here, and moneglia is a hidden gem. It’s easy to visit cinque terre by train, but you can escape the business back to the authentic calm of moneglia. Although it’s a fair way out of town, there is a lovely taxi driver. And it means you can sit outside watching the owls and fireflies at night!
