Stunning location surrounded by rolling hills and olive groves. We had a beautiful view from our terrace. Owners were very friendly and extremely helpful. The owner made us lunch during our stay which was delightful and we had access to the on site swimming pool, which I have to say is the cleanest I have ever had the pleasure to swim in.

The hosts are very hospitable. The apartment is spacious, a lot of beds, two bedrooms and a huge living room. Surprise, a large refrigerator and a lot of ice in the freezer for drinks after a long journey. I was very pleased with the garden with a swimming pool and clean water. Rome is 45 minutes away on free roads. The best accommodation for green tourism. Recommended for large groups!

Stopped here overnight while walking the camino. Very comfortable stay. Staff very friendly and got to practise my italian. The set menu was delicious. Would recommend.

There were two options for breakfast - sweet or sour, based on your choice. Some food was left for free in a refrigerator. Owner was kind and accommodating beyond any words!!

The owners/managers were truly helpful and were very accommodating (we were offered a choice of rooms when we arrived; effectively allowing us to upgrade for free) in this historic building extremely well located in Tivoli. The friendliness of everyone is a delight that overcomes any shortcomings.
