Perfect location, good value for money but exceptionally friendly staff

"The place is very clean and absolutely beautiful. I loved how it has preserved its old charm in such an elegant way. The hotel is a historic palace, and some rooms still maintain the original wall paintings, which is truly fascinating. Inside the palace, there is also a cave and five indoor and outdoor thermal pools filled with natural hot sulfur water. The pools rely entirely on natural thermal waters coming from the mountain springs. These springs are rich in minerals such as sulfates, calcium, and magnesium, making them therapeutic and beneficial for the joints, skin, and overall relaxation, without any chlorine. The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. My stay was wonderful, and I will definitely repeat it."

It’s a gorgeous place with an astonishing view. The house and the rooms are also very beautiful! The breakfast was also very nice and delicious. We really loved the two cats who are running around the property, they are fluffy and lovely. Also their dog is really cute. It’s a perfect place to relax because it’s very quiet around. We also liked it that they have an arrangement with the spa (Wellness) in the next city. We definitely would came back!

We were there just for one night, but the room was very clean and the bed were comfortable

Check in was easy even though I arrived later than expected. A short walk from the train station. The staff was friendly and spoke very good English. It's location to the Leaning Tower and other attractions in the Piazza was a short walk away. No need to take a cab. The Pool bar offered late night beverages at a very reasonable price but I was most impressed with The Cappuccino and Croissants offered in the morning. Where can you get an amazing Cappuccino for 1. 50 Euros. The same price for a fresh baked Croissant with filling of your choice. Well worth it. The A/C blew cold and I was very comfortable.

The property in all its Italian features, and 10 minutes walk from the main centre. It was truly a pleasure to stay here and I would most certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful city.

A beautiful place with an amazing mountain view. People who work there are naturally open-hearted. Rooms have the cool toscanian style (but bathroom is modern), are cleaned regularly and also fresh towels are given. The swimming pool is incredibly clean; you can use it also in the evening and enjoy colorful lights in it. You can order great drinks and some food at the bar next to the swimming pool and in the morning there is a breakfast with fresh bread, cheese and different kind of ham/prosciutto etc. and also many types of coffe and juices are included. The bus stop is 7 minutes by foot (walk with a nice view) and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the center of Pisa. Strongly recommend! Veronika&Aneta

Quiet and the property was lovely. It was comfortable and clean and the host was kind and helpful.

Loved the cleanliness, the facilities and the size of the room.

If you are looking for a place to relax, this is the right place! San Rossore is a quiet and clean residence in the middle of a green, full of flowers garden. The pool is an excellent choice for summer hot days. We enjoyed our stay here and we would choose it again

The included drinks and treats

Nice place located not far from Pisa city center and the airport. The apartment was spacious and clean - perfect for a short stay. We only spent one evening there, so we didn’t get a chance to explore everything, but the owner kindly recommended a lovely beach, which turned out to be a perfect spot to end our Italy trip.

It was a pleasant stay, the rooms and all the place is very clean. The location is very peaceful and excellent only 15mins far from pisa.I really recommend this beautiful place.

The location was absolutely wonderful with nice scenic views of the adjoining hills. The property has a good swimming pool which is just ideal for a small family. The surroundings of the property are laced with beautiful fruit trees and flower trees. Pisa city is very close by. Cinq Terra can be visited through Car. Overall a very cool place and good for relaxing holiday.

Extremely restful stay we didn't experience such a serene environment in ages.
