Position close to the center. Firenze easy to reach by car. Big parking right in front of the hotel. Staff very friendly and supportive. Great breakfast for all tastes. Strong wifi. Rooms clean, modern, confortable, well fitted for a 4 star , even coffee machine. Beds very confortable. A nice bar restaurant. A great choice for Prato. We would come back with pleasure. 10

Breakfast was absolutely yummy with a lot of choices. The villa is stunning, our room was very comfortable, clean and we had everything that we needed for a relaxed vacation. The pool is big enough, the garden is dreamy. All (literally) ALL the furnitures and decorations are beautiful. I couldn’t be more happier to chose this villa from all! I definitely want to bring back my Mom as a surprise.

We had a wonderful flat and were all to ourselves. This is a wonderful B&B, where you can easily spend a few days. It's a whole room upstairs, very ideally divided, with a large bed and sofa, air conditioning (two), a small fridge and two TVs. Incredibly, it even has USB ports, wow how modern. The bathroom is very large with a make-up table, two washbasins and a very spacious shower cubicle. The hosts were very friendly, courteous and attentive. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The room and the entire property, including the pool, were very clean and well maintained. You can always feel the attention to detail here. The garden with many olive trees, the whole property, absolutely invites you to linger. The whole surrounding area is pure Tuscany 😊- The best way to get here is through the village of Montale, as the GPS has its difficulties here. There are several small restaurants in the surrounding villages, all of which have their own little specialities - Viva Italia 😊 This B&B and the hosts are always a pleasure to return to - a 10 is not really enough of a rating !

I had a nicely arranged apartment, with a very ingenious "hidden" kitchen in a closet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want. Even too many appliances... We had coffee, tea and various pastries/sweets. Parking in the yard. The location is very close to a huge commercial center, and there is another Carefour nearby. It is located near the train station. The train to Florence costs 2.8 Euros.

Very clean place, excellent equipment, very kind staff and fast to help also in case of exceptional requests like getting an iron for the clothes. Very good location, in a quiet area and well connected if using a car. There are a couple of supermarkets at walking distance. The pool and the relaxing area is simply great! Every day we got very clean room, clean towels and sheets.

The hotel is half an hour drive to Florence. Staff was helpful, the breakfast was really nice. There is a small swimming pool outside to relax. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Overall we were really happy about our stay.
