Every detail has been thought of: the amenities in the house, the environment, the possibility to cook your own meals, as well as the possibility to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant on site. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. After 3 days of rest, it felt like a week. This is one of the best places to stay.

Perfect location, perfect disposition of the apartment, terrace connecting to beautiful park, free access to clean and beautiful pools, free access to very well maintained lakeside/beach with own sport facilities.

Perfect position on Lake Iseo. The best Hotel we have stayed in on the Lakes. The restaurant was first class and the restaurant manager Fay was so professional and his knowledge of the wines was very impressive. The reception staff were so accomodating and organised tours to the Bellini Nautical Riva Collection. A highlight for my husband. Having the bikes was a bonus we rode all the way to Sarnico

La Casa di Luca is a comfortable, spacious, and stylish apartment ideally located on the edge of Lake Iseo. It's very secure, within a gated community, with underground parking. We really enjoyed staying there and had good communication with the owner when checking in. It's a quiet area with restaurants, cafés and bars within a few minutes' walk, and Sarnico and Paratico are only half a mile away with more choices. The lake view is beautiful, and it's easy to walk, run or cycle around it to explore the other towns and villages. We would love to return next year.

Perfect location, amazing view from terrace, huge terrace, towels for shower and pool area, clean, big pool, friendly staff, conditions, huge bed. We han an amazing stay there, thank you!
