Breakfast and dinner was exceptional. All the staff were very attentitive and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. In room spa was comfortable, except there could have been some chairs on balcony.

The location and rooms were fabulous with the onsen. Staff were very friendly and helpful and loved the in room dining experience The spa was amazing but you have to book as there is only one room. Which is fine.

4ppl stayed with 2 kids 11, 14. The beds were just right, pillows perfect, lots of space, indoor + outdoor onsen, pool + pool toys, 2 bathrooms, very clean. Excellent cooking facilities. Highly recommended 👌 steep 18min walk to get here, but worth it. Very tranquil. Very comfortable. Can't rate it high enough.

Great for a one-night stay in Hakone after doing the Hakone loop. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the dinner was excellent. The private bath in the room was ideal as a relaxing way to enjoy the experience.

We had a room with our own bath, and everything was great. The room is spacious, clean, plenty of amenities and welcome snacks and water. The staff was professional and helpful too. We enjoyed the room onsen, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were a good mix of Japanese and western food.
