The staff was friendly and communicates well in English. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, with all the utilities one can think of. I slept very well during the night as the room is soundproof.

Convenient to train and a short walk to the middle of Shinjuku.

Everything was perfect. We booked two nights and enjoyed different dinner every night. Every tiny detail of the accommodation was thoughtfully planned. Special thanks to the young singer, her performance was superb.

Situated in a central location with 3 stations within a 5-minute walk, Imperial Hotel Tokyo is a prestigious hotel renowned for providing first-class hospitality for over a century since 1890. It features a fitness centre, an indoor swimming pool and a beauty massage salon. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. The hotel was very centrally located to Ginza and Hibiya park. The rooms were very spacious, clean and we enjoyed watching the trains and views of Tokyo from our 30th floor window. We also enjoyed having drinks at the Old Imperial Bar which was very busy most evenings. Most of all the concierge team did a fabulous job making arrangements for my wife and during our 6 night stay at the hotel.

Rooms feature bathtubs with natural hot-spring water. Everything was amazing! A true experience to stay in this hotel.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Exceptional hotel and service. Rooms very clean and modern. Breakfast had lots of options with a choice for sushi at the 30th floor. Location was just perfect.
