The aesthetic, the comfort, the cleanliness. They cleaned and restocked all of our toiletries and towels daily. The cleanliness was superior. Beautiful location and conveniently located near the Disney properties as well as the IKSPIARI Mall. We splurged a bit here but well worth it. Would definitely come back!!

The property is a minutes walk from Tenyu Bus Stop and a 12-minute walk from Kowakien Bus Stop. The property also provides a free shuttle. Kowakudani station is a 16-minute bus ride from the property, while Hakone Kowakien Yunessun is a 5-minute walk away. A 30-minute drive away from the property, Hakone Open-Air Museum has an outdoor exhibit with sculptures and an indoor exhibit dedicated to Pablo Picasso. Lake Ashi is a 25-minute drive away. Loved the room & overall hotel facilities. I have lost my backpack; left it on the bus from hakone-yumoto stn to tenyu stn. The staff was very kind and helped me find the backpack by contacting the bus company. I appreciated it so much. Also 2 public bath were amazing!!! Would love to go back!

Just 500 metres from Miyanoshita Station, it offers indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and a restaurant in a converted Imperial Villa called Kikka-so Inn. Rooms feature bathtubs with natural hot-spring water. Excellent amenities and services. We were also offered an upgrade to an apartment from our room. We were travelling a lot and use the room only to sleep, bath and relax a little bit after long days. So we have no clue about the restaurants. The parking is sufficient and the hotel is well placed to make trips in the surroundings. We felt very well treated.
