Very nice staff people, whether it's the reception, persons in charge of cleaning or pool lifeguard, they are all smiley and patient. The view is amazing and the pool is heated with great facilities.

Breakfast was super good (variety and quality). All staff was very attentive and caring. Onsen was really nice and relaxing.

Exceptional service, arrived soaked from the rain, towels immediately brought to us at reception, bell boy then took us to the room to show us all the room functions. Amazing breakfast, great cocktails and such super helpful staff.

Just 500 metres from Miyanoshita Station, it offers indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and a restaurant in a converted Imperial Villa called Kikka-so Inn. Rooms feature bathtubs with natural hot-spring water. I really liked the historical architecture and being able to stay in it. It was a pleasure to also dine in the beautiful main restaurant. I also liked having a walk in shower.

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 1.6 km from Mito Station. Good location, close enough to JR Mito station, but far enough to be a quiet neighborhood. We didn't use it, but there was a bike available, e.g. for shopping at the nearby supermarket. There are instructions for the appliances in English. The rooms were very nice and clean.
