We really enjoyed the fact that we could take a good walk and arrive to the DisneyLand Park. Breakfast was amazing, so much variety for all types of taste. We had a shuttle from the Station Maihama until the door of the Hotel ( For Free ).

Good location, close enough to JR Mito station, but far enough to be a quiet neighborhood. We didn't use it, but there was a bike available, e.g. for shopping at the nearby supermarket. There are instructions for the appliances in English. The rooms were very nice and clean.
