The hotel features an indoor pool and a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi throughout the property. Beautiful clean rooms with wonderful sea view. The hotel is immaculate & nicely designed. Staff were kind and helpful. Location is only approx 10 minute taxi ride to central. There's a shopping mall with many restaurants just 3 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast was okay, and food options were quite limited compared to many 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Regardless, we would recommend this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience during our stay.

Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama is the official hotel of Tokyo Disney Resort, located on the eastern side of Tokyo Bay, just 20 minutes by train from Tokyo Station.

It features all-day dining, outdoor parking, a Disney shop, luggage storage space, free Wi-Fi throughout the property and a currency exchange machine. We had a big room facing the bay. The location was 4 min from train station and can access directly to disney sea which is next to the station. Highly recommended and will definately stay here again when in Tokyo.

You felt the luxury from the moment you arrive, the breakfast at the Orchid was absolutely delicious also, the staff really kind and patient. The way the room was organized at morning and then prior the bed time they take the time to leave the pijamas ready and some chocolates. It was absolutely amazing

The property is a minutes walk from Tenyu Bus Stop and a 12-minute walk from Kowakien Bus Stop. The property also provides a free shuttle. Kowakudani station is a 16-minute bus ride from the property, while Hakone Kowakien Yunessun is a 5-minute walk away. A 30-minute drive away from the property, Hakone Open-Air Museum has an outdoor exhibit with sculptures and an indoor exhibit dedicated to Pablo Picasso. Lake Ashi is a 25-minute drive away. Loved the room & overall hotel facilities. I have lost my backpack; left it on the bus from hakone-yumoto stn to tenyu stn. The staff was very kind and helped me find the backpack by contacting the bus company. I appreciated it so much. Also 2 public bath were amazing!!! Would love to go back!

Exceptional service, arrived soaked from the rain, towels immediately brought to us at reception, bell boy then took us to the room to show us all the room functions. Amazing breakfast, great cocktails and such super helpful staff.
