We had a beautiful and large room overlooking the bay. Everything was clean and staff helpful. We also could book a late checkout. It is just a 3 minute walk to the Disney Resort Line and there was also a free shuttle to it.

The location of the hotel was convenient for me, especially since its near the train. The overall hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly. The airport bus service from the hotel back to the airport was a great additional service available for travelers traveling back home from Narita airport.

Very nice restaurant in the hotel although the opening hours were rather irregular. Great pool area which was not at all crowded during our stay. with distant views to Tokyo Tower. Shibuya is very crowded but the hotel is situated in the newly opened Sakura Stage area which is very quiet. There is a good Tokyu food market close by so we really appreciated the kitchenette in the room. The newly opened JR south gate gives direct access to the Yamanote line. We found the beds very comfortable and the room was well designed with tons of storage. The washing machine was great and pretty easy to work out although there weren't any instructions. We had a larger than average corner room which was super bright. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
