I booked this hotel for a business trip. I usually don't stay in such nice places, but the price at the time of booking was very reasonable. My expectations were met and I had a very comfortable stay. I wish my business trip was longer so I could stay another night.

The location is awesome with a nice view of the harbor day and night. Onsen is relaxing and enjoyable. The room is comfortable, and I did enjoy sitting on the balcony to feel the beauty of Kobe. Meals provided everything you need. It has a small nice garden. The shuttle bus is convenient from Sanomiya station to the hotel. If I ever visit Kobe, I would love to stay at this place again.
