Hotels with Pools in Conkal

One of the loveliest places we have been so far. The hosts, Lety and Carlos, are incredibly welcoming and extremely kind. We went with our 1,5 year old daughter who had the best time. The hotel has two dogs who are extremely peaceful and super cute, and our daughter loved caressing them. The hotel has only six rooms, which is great as it is super quiet. The pool is amazing, and the hotel extremely quiet and peaceful, where you get personalized attention like nowhere else. Another guest had a flat tire, and the host Carlos went about to help as much as possible to solve the situation and drive the car to a tyre shop. The hosts also offered to make special food for our daughter, such as eggs, yogurt, pasta etc. Lastly, the beds are absolutely incredible. A perfect place to rest and relax!

The staff was incredibly nice, Front desk (Ursula) helped us to get everything we needed. The hotel is wonderful and the location for working travel is top nodge.

Hacienda Xcanatun is a stunning hotel with incredible rooms surrounded by lush and tropical greenery. The expansive pool and spacious relaxation areas offer perfect tranquility for unwinding. Impeccable cleanliness and unbelievably friendly staff ensure an unforgettable stay.

We had a bad accomodation experience on arriving in Merida, Jose was super helpful and helped us get into accomodation in early. It was a breath of fresh air after last place, lovely space inside and out. Great family space. Perfect with young kids, with lovely playground and pool within complex. 30 mins from Merida and from the beach. We were in the perfect spot for where we needed to be.
