Tranquility by the sea. Staff are top tier and couldn't ask more. Hotels rise and fall based on their staff and this hotel should be used as an example on how to treat guests. Rooms are very secluded and have a VERY comfy semi-firm memory foam bed.

Very big and clean apartment, quiet location, nice and well maintained facilities. Cleaning every day, big parking, each apartment gets one parking spot inculeded, water bottles free every day. Good food in restaurant on site.

I love the dead end road with the beach a short walk away and the marina at the hotel. A lot of what I like about this place has sadly changed. Their water pressure is still good (once we got maintenance to come and change the shower head which was completely blocked) The restaurant view is beautiful. Their beds are very comfortable.

Authentic Mexican environment, delicious traditional Yucatán food, excellent service from all the lovely staff. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it. The view from the room was amazing and it had a hammock! It is 25 mins away from progresso and 10 mins away from the archeological site.
