I loved everything! The lobby is welcoming, and the staff are really kind and accommodating. There is a beautiful cafe next to the lobby. There are also bathrooms and a prayer room. They offer complimentary Omani coffee and dates in a beautiful sitting area in the lobby, I highly recommend it! The rooms are so beautifully decorated. Everything was sparkling clean and smelled so fresh and nice. The rooms are very bright and sunny if you would like to keep the curtains open, but also have blackout curtains if you want it to be dark for a nap. The beds are comfortable and they brought a cot for my baby that was perfect and comfortable for her. The water heater and pressure are great. The AC and fan worked great and so did the TV, fridge and kettle. There is covered parking at the back that is conveniently close to the elevators. The location is great, but not very walkable too landmarks, so good if you have your own car. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance in case you don't have a car.

Everything was perfect, we dont understand how it doesnt have a higher punctuation! Even though its not in Sur center its a good stop when you come from the dessert and then continue to Muscat or the other way around. Its easy to get to sur centre with your own car. The pool and the room its nice and the breakfast had a big choice of things. The shisha corner its also very nice presented. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

First of all, if you want to visit both Wadi Tiwi and Wadi Shab, it makes sense to stay in Tiwi at least one night. The house is nice and fresh looking. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a spacious common sitting area on each floor, where you can make tea. Coffee and dates are always waiting in the kitchen downstairs. The host is extremely helpful. If necessary, he will order and bring breakfast from the cafe (not included in the price).

Amazing location 5 minutes from Wadi Shad and with an incredible view from the terrace. Room simple but worked for a short stay. Also nice that there was a common kitchen that could be used.
