Hotel is clean, comfortable and provides excellent value for money. We also enjoyed breakfast in the next-door Al Barzah caffee. However, we would like highlight amazing staff. We experienced rented car breakdown and they helped us to resolve our problem. They did their best and even more, thank you for this!

We forgot an personal item at the hotel and it was sent to another hotel where we stayed later without any problems. I dont understand the bad reviens. Or maybe they got renovated. But rooms are clean and comfortable enough, staff is really nice. Its a bit outside the City but you can take a cab.
