I chose this hotel for my husband's birthday. Everything was perfect - from the room we got to the welcoming staff who made the birthday celebration even more memorable. A beautiful location with a great view, good service and delicious food, everything was more than perfect!

The room was big, always really clean and the ocean view was very nice. The breakfast was tasty with a lot to choose from.

The staff are more than accomodating, and the price is pretty fair considering the size of room and the number and quality of in-house offers (pool, breakfast, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment)

The hotel is in an absolutely perfect location—right in the center, with everything within easy walking distance. It’s very cozy, very clean, and well maintained, and the staff are friendly. The only minor drawbacks were that the mattress is a bit firm, and the breakfast selection isn’t very large.

good room, really good location. friendly advice for parking which was close and not expensive. Mall is close, city center close, still quiet. good room and ok breakfast. gratis water in the room.

The property itself is in a nice and convenient location. Very clean rooms with balcony. All of the stuff are very nice and are glad to help you.

This is our forth time at this hotel, as always it has a great location with plenty of bars and cheap to high end restaurants. Located in the upper areas of the Lido. Close to local bus services and a nice 40 minute walk into the centre of Funchal old town. Excellent friendly, helpful and efficient staff in all areas. Good buffet breakfast. This time we were placed on the top 12th floor, had excellent views out to sea. With full view of the comings and goings of the Cruise ships.

The proper was very good value. Very quiet. It was in the middle of old town. It was very easy to approach sightseeing sites. There was a small kitchen. It was very good for preparing easy meals. Strong and hot shower. Fatima and Precela were very helpful. We had a very good experience.

Location is great in the centre of old town, beautiful atmosphere at the lobby and amazing terrace with views of Funchal!

Everything! Staff were great and location was 30 seconds to the old town with a ton of restaurant options. All the staff from the front desk to Carlos and Jose in the bar were extremely friendly and great at their jobs! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent appartement, middle of the centre,, beautiful infinity pool where you can relax. Great service of 24hrs reception (excellent). Make you feel at home. Like all of the Savoy hotels at the island Madeira I highly recommend also this wonderfull new designed appartement.

Lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay . Fabulous view of the sunrise .door staff also friendly and helpful The host was also on hand via what's app with advise and help for our stay .. also 2 min walk from the famous Rei Da Poncha bar.

Beautiful apartment! The place was even bigger than expected. It’s modern, stylish and very clean, just like the photos. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location is also super convenient, close to the city center of Funchal. The host was also super kind. Overall, a lovely place to stay and I absolutely recommend it! Tip: If it’s your first time in Madeira, renting a car is a must for getting around.
