This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Services for guests were absolutely at the top level! Staff was willing and helpful. Accomodation, food and other services were excellent! Especially hotel manager was very nice and professional person, who was interested personally in each guest, their personal needs and satisfaction.

Magnificent view over the Atlantic Ocean. Hotel grounds really give the tropical vibe that immediately brings you into a vacation mode. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the reception desk to the restaurant and even the housekeeping staff. That all attributed to a feeling you’re very welcome as a guest.

Everything was just perfect. If coming back to Madeira, surely will come back to this hotel! On breakfast you could have whatever you desire. Mixed eggs, fresh fruits, salats, sweet pastry, pancakes, musli and yoghurt - just love it here! It was possible to sit outside but also inside in the restaurant. The room was very modern and nice. I really appreciate the bin divided in three parts - separation of plastic, paper and general waste. The beds were comfy. From the balcony we had an amazing view into garden with the ocean in the end.
