Wonderful views, we lived on the ground floor and still had good ocean view. We saw the best sunsets on the island here. The whole place is very peaceful and quiet. The studio is large and has two separate rooms. Amazing breakfasts and dinners. The staff is super nice! There is a free shuttle to Paul do Mar (ocean) on Friday and Monday.

Lovely villa with nice pool. We stayed 3 generations grandparents i master suite. + 2 families divided between other rooms (11 persons total). The house was perfect for this!

Room with superb view on ocean

The hotel was a perfect retreat after 3 nights in Funchal’s capital. Breakfasts were an absolute dream. The location guarantees full sun, relaxation, and easy access to everything you expect from Madeira. A short walk lets you explore the nearby waterfall, take trips to surrounding towns and levadas, and even the rented bikes in Funchal were delivered directly here. Simply put: an amazing place, not to miss!

The hotel itself is spectacular but the staff are what make this place really special. Nicole on reception was so incredibly helpful and the restaurant staff were superb. Excellent food and facilities and will be dreaming of that view for a while. Like luxury hotels used to be in ‘the good old days’.

We absolutely loved our stay! We booked the larger studio by the pool, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The pool was fantastic, the fresh bread each morning was a lovely touch, and the facilities in the pods were outstanding. This is definitely the place to stay when you’re in Madeira.

Well run small hotel with excellent staff. Beautiful grounds and great food using home grown ingredients. Thoughtful environmental attitudes. Well connected for walking trips and lovely pool. Very comfortable and long bed.

The stunning views from the room and balcony. There was sufficient space to park 3 cars. The kitchen had ample crockery and utencils. The wifi was decent. The towels and linen were neat and clean. There is a pool as well. There was even a fridge and microwave in the room.

All the photos on the site are real! A magnificent,cozy,large kitchen,very well equipped and cooking is a pleasure.There wonderful relaxation area with a swimming pool and a beautiful view of the horizon.My the room was very cozy,a very comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows,new bed linen,a small refrigerator,a kettle,a coffee machine,a safe,and a lot of hangers for clothes in the closet.The bathroom has everything you need.There is also a private terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean.There is a room for sports.There is a Levada nearby for walking.A good location for exploring the island by car! I spent a wonderful 3 days among nature! Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay at Rochão Village. The accommodation is nestled in the hills, offering beautiful views and complete privacy. It’s the perfect place to disconnect from daily life. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped—there was nothing we missed during our stay. Catarina, the host, was incredibly helpful throughout and made us feel special. Thank you so much; we will definitely be back!

We loved everything about the house. We would build it the same way ;-). Lovely to see the sun set over the sea. It's fairly quiet, very well equipped (we didn't have to buy any basics like toiletpaper, detergent, spices because everything and more was there ans plenty of it.

The property was very spacious and beautifully decorated and furnished. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We also loved the pool and the outside cooking and eating area. The views are also amazing!

Really Beautiful new apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace with seating and ocean view. Key handover went smoothly. Parking right on the premises. Highly recommended, I will definitely come back.

An excellent house. We arrived very late at night and they were waiting for us. Messages replied very quickly. The house is amazing: very clean, has anything you need and the rooms are exceptional like in a hotel. They left a welcoming basket and the bathrooms have toiletries too. Beds very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from.

Beautiful place on a perfect location with exceptional view on the ocean. The house is well equipped, the host is kind and helpful. Would love to get back one time
