Nice rooms, nice facilities, location was a bit further out of the interesting part of the city but still very easily accessible. Amazing food in the restaurant, coffee was pretty good as well with all kind of plant based milk that was a plus as its not very common in Thailand.

The staff and the services are excellent.

August 2025/2nd stay: We started our 2 month Asian holiday at The Salil Riverside, and we ended our trip at The Salil Riverside. What an amazing welcome back greeting we got. As soon as our taxi arrived in front of the hotel, Aom and Mekki from the concierge team were waving and smiling. As a big surprise to all 3 of us, especially our 11 year old daughter, they presented her with a wonderful framed picture we took of her at our first stay. They had also made a lovely handwritten card. This was our hotel stay number 10 on our Asian tour, and The Salil Riverside deserves a 10 ⭐️ rating. It's without doubt the best hotel we stayed at and the best breakfast of all the hotels. Everything from staff, location, service, comfort, and the amazing decor of the hotel is fantastic. If you are looking for a hotel in Bangkok, then look no further as The Salil Riverside is definitely the place to stay. Again, thank you so much to everyone at Salil for making our end of our Asian trip amazing and memorable. Clean, spacious, great pool (quiet -June stay)

5-Star Experience! Best breakfast and location. Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of superlative. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The Food: The breakfast spread is incredible—exceptionally rich and diverse, featuring both European and Asian menus. Every meal we had at the restaurant was delicious and prepared with visible attention to detail. The Room: Our room was very spacious and kept in pristine condition. A huge plus was the housekeeping service, which cleaned the room twice a day, ensuring everything was always fresh. Location & Transport: Getting to the main sights is effortless. The hotel provides a private boat shuttle every 30 minutes to the main pier. From there, you can catch any boat to the tourist attractions and the city center. If you prefer land travel, there is also a metro station right at the pier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and easy access to the city!

Good location near shopping mall, restaurants, Icon Siam, the river and BTS station. Nice swimming pool. Good security and the condo has everything you need including washing machine. Flexi condo staff, guards and workers are very friendly and also my host was very helpful. Thank you.

The staff could not be more helpful, giving us information about local street food places that only the locals use. We were travelling purely to find these type of places and it definitely made our holiday.

Amazing location, very friendly and helpful staff, they assisted us with everything we need, the room was so big it feels like an apartment. The BTS trsin station is very close to the hotel the main tourist attractions and landmarks are easy to get to from the hotel. We had a wonderful time, we are coming back again.

The hotel is classy, comfortable, warm and decorated with taste! Overal all these things I mentioned staff's hospitality and kindness is something what gives special dimension to this hotel. They do everything they can to make your stay extraordinary in any sense.
