AustraliaThe property is beautiful and the location is an accessible 5 minute walk to reach the Burj Khalifa. The staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming. From stepping out of the car we were greeted by door staff opening the door and helping is with luggage. The reception staff were so helpful and warm.
The room was on the smaller side but perfect for what we needed as we were hardly in the room. If getting ready for nights out a bigger space might be needed. In saying that, there was a lot of storage space and mirror in bathroom and also at the window. Full length mirror in the walk in robe.
The value for money was great and I think might have been an intro price as it’s worth at least double. They have created a serene space even though it is situated in the hustle and bustle of Downtown.
We were celebrating my sisters birthday and they surprised her with a birthday cake on arrival which was a lovely touch.

The pool was perfect and the swimming pool has the best view a specially in the evening, you can even see the fountain. The hotel is also very close to the Dubai mall

It's connected to Gate Avenue, which has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores, making it easy to take a walk without feeling the July humidity and heat. Indoor swimming pool which makes it easier for the kids to swim in July.

the service recieved was great from all staff and were greeted with a nice salam. The indoor shop, menu, game/hobby activities like gym or swimming pool and the thermostat for the AC too after coming back from the heat in Dubai Mall. The Bluetooth connected devices to TV. the presence of the bidet which is rarely seen in the UK as they use a lota. In terms of Quality:Price ratio it is the best available hotel for foreigners or just anyone in general. Also the translation of the quran available for non muslim and muslim clients.

A spacious apartment for 5 guests with great view! Big beds with great mattresses. Good location near the marina, supermarket, metro station. In the building there is parking, swimming pool, gym and an indoor playground for smaller children. For bigger there is a pool and a football table. Rajnish the owner always there to help. We recommend it!

we were 2 families and chose to stay in Grand hyatt residences as they have apartments. Booked 3 bedroom apartment.. apartment is huge and very nice..
Garden with small water fountains around and the big swimming pool were good.
Buffet breakfast was very good with varieties, but was very crowded and we got a table in the corner where we could not enjoy the beauty of the water fountain and plants

Standard rooms though small were clean with all basic amenities. Most critical USP was free refilling of water any number of times (that’s amazing in Dubai). Breakfast spread for vegetarians was quite good. Shuttle service to all nearby attractions (beach, marina mall, emirates/dubai malls and metro) was really helpful. Swimming pool and indoor play area complement the excellent service provided by the hotel.

The apartment is excellent, both bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable.
There’s a full kitchen and a 24h supermarket just outside the building. The location is great, you can walk to the Burj Khalifa, fountains, souk and Dubai mall. The view is something else, plan to spend some time admiring it from the balcony. Joy offers outstanding concierge service, very responsive and kind. There’s also swimming pool, sauna and gym in the building.
