The bathroom was great with his and her sinks, a jetted tub, and a roomy shower with two shower heads. It felt very luxurious! Favourite spot was the outdoor pool on the beautiful grounds. Right next door was the tasting cellar of Moorooroo which was fun. Will definitely be back!

Great comfortable accommodation, restaurant was superb and reasonably priced. Breakfast was great with a lovely outlook over the grounds. Recommend walking the property, it was a beautiful morning walk. Staff were really great and very attentive. Fireplace in the evening was perfect after a glass of wine and the bowling alley a bit of fun

Grant gave us a good insight view of interesting places and we discovered some more (Krondorf, Steingarten....). The lodge is just great, in German we would call it "über-drüber"! Not to forget the pool! And the architecture! And.....

Linda at reception was amazing all her recommendations were fantastic. The pool was great and the barbecue awesome. Will definitely come back the hotel is in a central position.

Nestled in the Barossa Valley, Australia's oldest and best known wine region, this resort offers a heated pool, fitness centre and tennis courts. Found the tv operating system quite hard to understand. Other than that, loved the location and super comfy rooms. The staff in the restaurant were amazing! Big shout out to the morning breakfast ladies, who always greeted us with a smile, gave us travel tips and were genuinely interested in our stay. Thanks to Deb especially. Your friendly face made a difference!
