The staff was fantastic, the cleaning lady was so kind. The location is excellent, you can go walking to the main places in Downtown Vancouver. We asked for help to scheduling our whale watching and the Concierge not only made the reservation, he warned us about the day with the best weather conditions for the tour.

The location is excellent and the free use of bikes was a great inclusion. Had everything we needed. Nice big rooms and bathrooms.

Set in Nature, Designed for Comfort. Discover Vancouver Island’s most awe-inspiring oceanfront retreat. The staff were exceptional. Friendly and very helpful whether it was the reception or either of the restaurants. Felt very welcomed. The room was incredibly comfortable and delightful to relax in. Also very private. The resort had quite a few guests but it was very easy to just sit on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful environment, crashing waves, and general peace.

Offering on-site dining and an indoor pool, this hotel is located inside of the Vancouver International Airport. Guests can the on-site spa and fitness centre. Check-in and baggage assistance were outstanding. We were offered, and accepted, an upgrade to the Club floor at a very reasonable price.

Offering a heated outdoor lap pool and hot tub, L'Hermitage Hotel includes rooms with a flat-screen TV. Vancouver City Centre SkyTrain is 300 m away. Great location and comfortable beds. In the heart of Vancouver for dining, shopping and sightseeing. Jacuzzi was lovely and pool relaxing. Gym was wel equipped. Staff very friendly and attentive.
