Our hotel club waitress Susan provided exceptional 5-star service which left nothing at all to be desired. She attended to our every need and even expertly mixed cocktails for us. The hotel club chef created a new and broad selection of dishes, both Western and Chinese, every single day. This selection included warm dishes, cold dishes and even cakes (5 different kinds per day). If not for the amazing sights Xiamen has to offer, we would have stayed in the hotel club all day.
