Oh my god, I celebrated my birthday at this hotel and it was unforgettable. They prepared everything so beautifully for me. When I walked into the room, I genuinely felt like I had gone back 30 years , like I was a 10-year-old little girl again. It was phenomenal. The room was stunning, and the view was just wow. The dining, food, and room service were all very good, and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and attentive. And honestly, the location feels like one of the best spots in all of Shanghai.

Originally we wanted to stay in one of the many 5 star hotels on the popular Bund river, but this location had so much more to offer! It was conveniently situated to walk, just about anywhere for restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The staff were very accommodating and ever so friendly and made our stay very enjoyable with their recommendations and local tips. Most, if not all, staff spoke good, if not very good English and were used to an international level of service with a smile! Nothing was too much for them! A special mention for Bruce, Nick and Judy who were all absolute stars and were always full of energy and smiles!!!
