Very friendly staff at all hours of the day. The facilities were absolutely beautiful and the location was just perfect for wandering around and experiencing Madrid. The Metro was also very convenient and easy to use.

Curatenie zilnic, cald, luminos, superamenajat, mobilier nou, modern, excelent echipat, ai tot ce-ti trebuie, amabilitatea deosebita a personalului de la receptie, poti lasa bagajele atat la venire cat si la plecare, pozitionat fantastic pentru a vizita tot ce doresti in zona centrala, statii de metrou si autobuze peste strada.

The team was so lovely whether it was in the hotel or in the breakfast area, all of them were so sweet and kind with me and my friend, we really loved it. The room was so nice and enjoyable. Comfortable also!! The rooftop pool was a 10000/10 we had lots of fun, it was great and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend and would be back anytime soon, it’s worth it all of it the team, the place etc. Can’t wait to be back soon in near future! 😍😍 Will miss you guys a lot!! Diana&Dania🩷

Less than 1 km from Mercado San Miguel and a 13-minute walk from Puerta de Toledo, the property offers a terrace and a bar. Me and my husband had an absolutely perfect stay at Pestana. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid

Beneficiind de o locație bună în centrul orașului Madrid, Riu Plaza España pune la dispoziție camere cu aer condiționat, un restaurant, WiFi gratuit și un bar. Incredibly efficient. The check in and check out experiences were handled very well, the room was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay in Madrid.
