Totul a fost perfect, personalul foarte amabil, mulțumit domnului Florin . O să revenim cu siguranță!

Parque Santiago IV Official se află pe malul mării în Playa de las Americas și oferă cazare de 3 stele, o piscină în aer liber, un centru de fitness și o grădină. Micul dejun bun, produse de calitate, pret cam mare!

Apartamentos Diamond se află la 250 de metri de plaja şi portul Los Gigantes. Totul a fost perfect,mai ales piscina.

Apartamentos Vistasur este situat pe plaja Playa de las Vistas, în Tenerife. Hotelul oferă o recepţie deschisă nonstop, o piscină în aer liber şi acces gratuit la internet Wi-Fi în apartamente. Huge apartment, best location at the beach, quiet enough and walking distance to everything. Staff were super friendly, helpful and quick to respond via messages and in person. Everything was spotlessly clean. The place was also secure since it was on the second floor above traffic with a locked door at the building entrance.

Acest hotel se află la 50 de metri de plaja cu nisip vulcanic La Arena din zona de coastă a oraşului Santiago del Teide din Tenerife. Hotelul oferă o piscină în aer liber şi camere cu balcon. Everything was great - from the check in till the end. I didn’t see the name of the guy that was on the reception, but he was so nice and polite and explained everything and we were coming for many things, he was every time there to help and also the rest of the stuff. In the restaurants everyone was the same - polite, always smiling and there for you. And of course, there was Sonia with great and loud smile 😁 I just love her ❤️ The room and whole hotel was very clean. We had platinum, so the room was with an excellent view. As platinum, we had access to the Infinity pool , where was a quiet place and jacuzzi. Also 3 A la carte restaurants with excellent choices of food where as a platinum you don’t pay nothing (except one special dish - fish of the day). In the main restaurant was variety of food, so everyone can find something. For platinum is special place and some other offers for breakfast (fresh juice, pancakes etc). Of course, every night live music and other entertainment. For platinum you have also separate part of the terrace, séparée bar, but as I saw, others were having everything for drink and food, too. Through the day we were also on other pools- there was also some activities and also a pool with warm jacuzzi stile water. For the beach - you have to go through the street and there is no hotel beach, it’s a public beach. At this time of the year water was a little bit refreshing and a quit bit a waves. I don’t know is it the same through the year - with waves. So, it was a great stay, great stuff, great hotel. We didn’t use everything (as spa, sauna, massage, golf etc) , so we’ll come back for sure 😁

Absolutely fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere is lovely, with a beautiful setting perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the pool and the table tennis tables, which added a fun touch to our stay. Everything was well-maintained and inviting. Highly recommended!

This colonial-style hotel on the Costa Adeje features a luxurious spa and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. It offers 5 swimming pools, surrounded by sun terraces and gardens. Would like to say a big THANK YOU to all the Vincci Family for such a warm welcome. The staff is exceptional and so profesional (especially Angella and Emanuel in the breakfast). The Hotel itself is also unique: lot of details to everything (spectacular views, reception,bar,lounge area,swimming pools and it's located in very quite street) Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. 10/10 for everything!!
