Next to Liverpool ONE Shopping centre, this Novotel boasts modern, 4-star rooms with 55-inch LCD TVs. Liverpool Lime Street Rail Station is only 10 minutes’ walk away from the hotel. Room was great,very clean and very comfortable, staff were amazing and super helpful,breakfast was amazing,we had dinner twice and it was lovely and was a great price.We got there early and got an early check in which was great. On our last day we were able to leave our bags with reception and go out and explore the city some more.

Modern hotel with good-sized rooms, very comfortable beds, good parking and is nicely decorated. Excellent and friendly staff on reception and the breakfast area. Nice to have pool etc, though we didn’t use.

Spa use is included on the first day of the guests stay for guests enjoying a bed and breakfast, or dinner bed and breakfast package. Spa use is not included at any time when booking a room only rate.... The hotel, staff and facilities were truly amazing, breakfast and evening meal had plenty to choose from and to offer. I would recommend this hotel
