Upon check-in i was asked if i want to pay a little extra to upgrade for the junior suite room, and instead we received the Kraton Suites at the junior suite room 🤩 love the room! It was a great gift for my mother’s birthday!

From the communication with the host which is very smooth, then the facilities in the unit and in the apartment (there is even a washing machine), the cleanliness, the comfort, the location. Overall, it feels homey. The best thing is that, the host offered us to stay an extra day without extra cost, just because we initially planning to stay only one night, but to access the clubhouse we need to register our finger print to the management office, and it will active after 24 hours. Thanks a lot Ummu Ihsan for your kind consideration. We will definitely come back when we have the opportunity.

The room and, the staff were brilliant. The level of customer service here, is simply outstanding. The whole team are excellent, however Dahny the manager stands out for praise. If anyone wants to know how to run a hotel, go and speak with Dahny. I will definitely revisit 100%.
