There is a variety of coffee types in the bar, and this is wonderful. I asked them to serve breakfast in the room and they agreed to this, not every hotel accepts this and this is great of them You can relax in the hotel and not leave it. The swimming areas and activities are varied and wonderful.

The staff are very friendly and very informative, also many thanks to Pak Iman who helped us a lot.

Strategically located in the heart of Bandung, Crowne Plaza Bandung offers 4 dining options and an outdoor pool. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. Beautifully presented hotel with exceptional staff. Room and bathroom were spacious. Very clean. Super breakfast. Unfortunately didn’t have time to make full use of facilities.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exuded an elegant sense of class. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay. In particular, Miss Tania at the reception stood out with her remarkable professionalism and efficiency in accommodating our requests. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Enjoying a cool climate, Hilton Bandung is located centrally in Bandung City, just 650 metres from Bandung Train Station. Great location, beautiful interior from lobby to room, great breakfast menu, friendly and helpful staff.

Mason Pine Hotel Bandung boasts modern minimalist decorations and is surrounded by the beautiful Bandung scenic mountain range, Saguling lake, and rice paddies. I was amazed by the personalized service I received with this great team. It started with them reaching out to me via Whatsapp offering to pick me up at the new high speed train station. Mr Nova was right outside the gate and had sent me his photo by WhatsApp. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted and personally walked to my room by Ms Iyang. Numerous times during my stay the staff checked on me when I passed through the beautiful campus. They also checking back with me via WhatsApp to see if I would need their complimentary car service to the Whoosh station. Beautiful location and facility but much more beautiful was the incredible service the staff extended to me - just a common business traveler in Bandung to meet with a client.
