I made requests before at other hotels before this and I never received a personal response. When we arrived at the hotel, Vered greeted us, offered us refreshments and told us if we have any questions or concerns during our stay to call her directly. We got a very comfortable, quiet room with a magnificent view! We had lunch and supper there. The food was great and there was lots of variety.What was most impressive was how Ms Elbar made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our accommodation, Her kind and gracious demeanour was very welcoming. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend the hotel to our friends.

The service was also friendly and great. We spent time in the spa, including very nice massages. The spa facilities are limited, but that goes with the size of the hotel, and here too the quality meant more than the size. It also was nice that the hotel is right around the corner from the historic and cute shopping street in Gedera.
