The hotel and staff were extremely nice and welcoming throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, accommodating, and eager to help, which really made a positive difference. While the property itself could use a major update and the rooms need some upkeep, the kindness and professionalism of the staff stood out. We especially appreciated their help with our booking and room arrangements

The restaurant "bell ami" had trouble and confused with the courses and the stuff but the food was fresh and tasty.
