Amazing swimming pool and onsen area

A true 5 star hotel like they used to be with incredible customer service and facilities. Great swimming pool, restaurants and food. Shuttle bus service to and from the main local train station was very convenient and for free before check in and after check out. I would definitely go back next time I visit Kobe.

Very comfortable beds and a lot of opportunities to eat in the hotel. The swimming pool was nice as well

The room was big and suited us a family. Lots of food choices if you wanted them. Little shuttle bus to take you the station saved our tired legs. Swimming pool was lovely. Didn’t mind paying the additional fee but it could have had longer opening hours.

For the price, its expected for hotel to have swimming pool or hot tubs

Onsen is good, room is modern Japanese style new and clean. Swimming pool the water is 28 degrees and can enjoy swimming even during winter / only 7 degrees outdoor.

To be honest, it was okay. The staff were friendly, and the lobby was impressive with the tea rooms by the waterfall. Ot had the fastest lift I’ve ever been in! The rooms were very spacious but the decor was quite retro considering it’s a five star hotel. We liked the idea of the on-site swimming pool until we found out we had to pay £20 pp to use it. There is a train station across the road with a hotel entrance from the station. Beautiful location by the river with illuminations whilst we were there.
