With the hotel being newly opened, the facilities were spotless. I enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, admiring the sunset behind the Hira mountains. Dinner was a meat lover's dream, with every course bursting with flavor and perfectly paired wines. The next morning, we indulged in a breakfast made from fresh Omi vegetables, delivered via room service so we could savor it while taking in the scenic view of Lake Biwa. And the staff were all incredibly friendly.

Our rooms had a great view of Lake Biwa and we took a wonderful stroll along the lakeside in the morning. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. They had a wide variety of tasty food there while a number of other restaurants and cafes were within walking distance as well.

Only a 5-minute drive from JR Ogoto Onsen Station with the complimentary shuttle, hotel Yuzanso features Japanese-style rooms with a private open-air hot spring bath and spectacular views of Biwako... The view was beautiful and the open air bath was amazing, really recommend staying here, it's worth the money. We also had the half board included which was very tasty. Overall amazing stay, would love to come back.
