The onsen was excellent, both indoor and outdoor baths. The free night ramen was excellent. The hotel cleanliness was wonderful, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. They have free yakult and ice cream near the onsen, as well.

Staff was incredibly friendly and allowed me to check-in a bit early. The hostel is incredibly clean and has a great atmosphere. Good location near the waterfront to allow patrons to watch the sunset over the lake. Overnight rooms are fairly standard to Japanese hostels. The common room through the outdoor terrace is MAGICAL. A retrofitted grain storage room, the atmosphere is incredibly cool and warrants spending time hanging out in there.

The environment is so quiet and relax. You can hear chirping of cicadas when sitting outdoors. It is also a good place to stargaze. The interior is very cozy and decent. Everything is tidy and clean. The owner is so welcoming and nice.

The room and the building were very beautiful and clean. The onsen was very nice, I especially enjoyed the sound of the rain on the roof in the outdoor onsen. The staff were very nice and helpful. They also told us about a local festival that we enjoyed!
