This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I am convinced this is the best Double Tree anywhere. The property is spectacularly clean. It’s tastefully decorated and aesthetically pleasant. The icing on the cake is the phenomenal staff! Concierge was consistently efficient, professional and helpful. Room service was excellent and the food was amazing. I don’t usually finish every bite but this time I certainly did. Housekeeping always did a beautiful job. The cute place where they serve tea and pastries, across from the restaurant - also amazing. I could go on. But in a nutshell this place is a must see, must stay.

My wife and I were very happy to be able to give our baby a daily bath in the tub and I’m sure our baby was happy as well. The quality of the staff members at the hotel were exceptional. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff did a phenomenal job every day. Our stay was incredible. 120% satisfied and will return in the future.

Location was very nice across from a park and near the centrum with lots of restaurants and stores. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Personal at reception was friendly. Poolbar in the hotel was also really nice with great cocktails.
1) The swimming pool was very nice for kids. 2) Morning meal was great and had the various menus. 3) Staffs were kind and supportive. 4) There were many restaurants and cafe in the building which were nice places for those who have kids.
The view was awesome and so was the proximity to some nice cafes. The interior was decorated very well and felt luxurious. The TV came set up with Netflix which was sooo nice. There were a lot of nice, small touches in the room like bubble bath. The bathtub itself is the “pool” and it was huge, way more space than for just 1 person. It’s a completely contactless check-in so you need to call someone to let them know when you arrive (Korean would probably be good for that but not necessary, just give them the reservation name)
The location was fantastic, just 1 minute off the public tour shuttle bus stop. the view was awesome and the room comes with a fully operational kitchen with all necessary crockery and utensils. Bath room comes with complimentary body soap/shampoo and conditioner. There are also 2 small swimming pools on the estate.
Take Hotel was a wonderful surprise for our family. It's brand-new, exeptionally clean with a wonderful swimming pool and buffet breakfast. The staff are very courteous and helpful, and the surrounding area is full of great bars and restaurants. The KTX train station is a stone's throw away, with regular trains into Seoul city centre. Highly recommended and excellent for families with kids.
